See.Allow to take from free-sale when tour-operator's quota ended.
Please note, if you set this setting it will change order of taking quotas: if hotel is at a priority for quota type Commitment,and there are two quotas for a period Allotment and Commitment, and Allotment is distributed to customer, when booking a service during this period for this tour quota will be taken the customer's quota (ie Allotment, despite the priority of hotel). If the setting is disabled, the quota will be taken such as Commitment (ie, priority of hotel).
