History of changes in quotas

All actions with quotas recorded in the history of quotas. Enter this mode from the menu Quotas -> History quotas info. In Quota history screen provides information on the actions to quota (Quota) and to stop selling (Stop sale).

Record in the history of the quota are not deleted or edited.

In screen Quota history can apply filters to the class of service, location, service, service provider, to date produced the operation. Selection of the data is done by pressing the Refresh button. Depending on the action, the record contains the following description:

• The date and time of the operation that (Date),
• The name of the operator (Operator),
• The event code (action) (Discription),
• Textual description of the object (for accommodation service is: name of the hotel (Hotel), type and category of room (Room type, Room category respectively))
• Start date (Begin date) and the end of the quota (End date),
• Number of quotas, which have been applied action (Places) (depends on the event code in the Description). For example, if the transfer partner A partner in the 10 quota, in the history of quotas in the Places entry is entered 10 for partner A and partner B. 10
• Release period (Release),
• The service provider (Provider),
• Customer service (Customer),

Comments on the quota, introduced at some stage of the quota (Comment),

• Room Type(Calculated room type), on which the calculation of the quota transferred tour operator
• Room category (Calculated room category), on which the calculation of the quota transferred tour operator
• Accommodation (Calculated accommodation), on which the calculation of the quota transferred tour operator
• Meal(Calculated pansion), on which the calculation of the quota transferred tour operator
• Price (Price), on which the quota was given the tour operator,
• Size of the discount (Discount percent) Quota transmitted tour operator
• Details of pricing (Price detales) quotas passed the tour operator.

Depending on the mode are Quota Stop sale or entry in the table will be different numerical strength of the columns.
