Start

Working with PC "Master-Interlook» can be conducted in either the combined mode with data exchange with PS "Master Tour" and also in stand-alone mode.

Dictionaries

In any case, work with your PC "Master-Interlook» on the side of the receiving partner starts with the completion dictionaries (see Dictionaries). • Form the conversion formulas for different types of rooms and accommodation categories (for example, if the price of accommodation 'Double / 'Standard / 'Adult to more than double 'Single' / 'Standard / 'Adult, the formula is 'SglSt * 2'). This scheme can be used only when the price of a strict dependence on another type of accommodation during the time range for all types of food. In the absence of guaranteed availability of this pattern is recommended to either use only manually copying or continuous monitoring of the correctness of filling the data and not included in the price structure of a potentially dangerous combination.

Features of work with the different settings

Features of the program in the calculation of accommodation services "per person"

At the place of prices per person for be aware that the price shown in the calculation of the application will be multiplied by the value of 'Pax' (the number of tourists on the service).

• When create reservation with Double + Extra need to add two accommodation servicesDouble/Ad и Double/adEx with the same duration.
  

Further work with this reservation is made in a standard way.

Features of the program when calculating the accommodation service "per room"

Features of creation of individual and group transfers

When setting prices for transfers main characteristics affecting the calculation of the cost are the type of transfer (transfer types are created in the dictionary Transfer types)and characterization of the pricing('Group). Feature pricing affects whether the price is calculated for the entire vehicle (signGroup is set), or per person (sign 'Group removed). In this case, we should not confuse information for the calculation of transfer prices to the type of transfer. Information for the calculation of transfer prices set by the choice of the place of transfer pricing / removal featureGroup. That is, if the flag is setGroup, given the price will be used to shuttle once, regardless of the number of tourists using the service. Otherwise, the price of the calculation will be multiplied by the number of tourists. Type of transfers chosen in the formation of prices for transfer (screenTransfer prices in the fieldTransfer type. This type only specifies the category of transfer (eg Individual – individual tansfers (say by car), Group – for mixed transfers (say on the bus). In this case, the price can be as a group (a sign Group is set) andper person (sign 'Group removed).

Особенности работы с мастером «Hotel Prices Structure»

Данный Мастер позволяет существенно ускорить работу при заведении отельных цен. При использовании данного Мастера необходимо учитывать ряд особенностей. Например, повторное заполнение цен согласно одной и той же ценовой структуре (производится в окне Hotel Prices выбором пункта контекстного меню Fill net according hotel prices structure) приводит к появлению идентичных записей по отельным ценам. Данное свойство может быть использовано для копирования цен (например, на различные типы питания) – при этом достаточно заполнить ценовую структуру нужное количество раз и затем отредактировать в полученных ценах поля Pansion и Price.
Необходимо соблюдать осторожность при копировании ценовой структуры в другой отель, т.к. при этом существующая ценовая структура в этом отеле будет удалена. При необходимости частичного копирования ценовой структуры используйте Copy filter.

Рассмотрим формирование формул на конкретном примере.
Допустим, у нас есть базовая цена на проживание Single/Standard/Adult и необходимо сформировать формулы для расчета проживаний Single/Lux/Adult, Double/Standard/Adult и Double/Lux/Adult – при этом известно, что цена на проживание в Lux на $ 10 больше, чем в Standard и цена на проживание в Double в 2 раза больше чем в Single. Для решения данной задачи заводим базовую переменную Single/Standard/Adult (например, SGSTD). Тогда для расчета Single/Lux/Adult необходимо использовать формулу SGSTD + 10, для расчета 'Double/Standard/Adult - формулу SGSTD * 2', для расчета Double/Lux/Adult – формулу (SGSTD + 10) * 2. Данная задача имеет еще одно решение – мы можем завести две переменные Single/Standard/Adult (например, SGSTD) и Single/Lux/Adult (например, SGLX). Тогда формулы для расчета проживаний по Double будут иметь вид SGSTD * 2 для Double/Standard/Adult и SGLX * 2 для Double/Lux/Adult. Выбор того или иного варианта зависит от общей ценовой структуры, и в каждом конкретном случае индивидуален.
Данный Мастер не рекомендуется использовать для расчета доплат. При необходимости внесения множественной информации по доплатам рекомендуется использовать мастера копирования, либо вводить данные доплаты как дополнительные услуги.

Порядок работы с экскурсионной программой

Работа по планированию и проведению экскурсий производится в через меню Tools → Excursions (подробнее см. Excursions). Прежде чем переходить непосредственно к планированию экскурсионной программы необходимо в справочнике Partners завести соответствующего поставщика услуг типа Excursion. При этом в том случае, если данный поставщик услуг предоставляет какие-либо услуги сам (например, непосредственно экскурсионные услуги – т.е. Extra Services) необходимо добавить ему соответствующие признаки (кнопка Partner types).
Дальнейший порядок действий следующий:

• В справочнике Service List заводим соответствующую экскурсию и осуществляем ее ассоциацию с городом проведения (двойной щелчок на соответствующей строке);
  
• Добавляем данную экскурсию в список экскурсий, предоставляемых партнером Partners → вкладка Excursion кнопка Excursions (партнер должен иметь тип Excursion);
  
• В справочнике Service List заводим услуги, которые будут входить в данную экскурсию (за исключением услуг проживания);
  
• При необходимости осуществляем ассоциацию соответствующих услуг с партнерами, которые их предоставляют (справочник Partners);
  
• Заводим цены на соответствующие услуги, входящие в экскурсию;
  
• Начинаем формирование непосредственно экскурсии – для этих целей используем Tools → Excursions → Constructor. На данной форме выбираем экскурсию и привязываем к ней соответствующие услуги.
  

При этом необходимо иметь в виду, что хотя непосредственно экскурсия и услуги входящие в нее заводятся в справочнике Service List, сама экскурсия в данном случае услугой не является , а служит для объединения других услуг в экскурсионную программу:

• Выбираем дату проведения экскурсии и нажимаем кнопку Calculate per person by date – получаем таким образом ориентировочную себестоимость экскурсии;
  
• Нажатием на кнопку $ вызываем форму цен на экскурсии и вводим цену исходя из себестоимости;
  
• В Tools → Excursions → Schedule вносим даты проведения данной экскурсии;
  

При этом удобно использовать список периодов, вызываемый двойным щелчком мыши на заголовке соответствующей строки в окне Schedule

• Далее в окне Tools → Excursions → Sale осуществляется работа непосредственно с продажами экскурсий. На практике данная процедура осуществляется следующим образом – гид в отеле продает экскурсии по билетам (номера билетов для гида вносятся в форме Hotel Guides → Extra guide info) –корешки от проданных билетов передаются менеджеру и он вносит соответствующие данные на форме Sale;
  
• В окне Tools → Excursions → Transfer planning осуществляется планирование экскурсионного трансфера – данная процедура аналогична планированию трансферов в экране Universal Transfer Planning;
  
• Для окончательной оценки финансовых рисков по экскурсии используем экран Real Planning.
  

Расширенные возможности по реализации экскурсий предоставляет ПК «Мастер-Interlook Web». Модуль Гид (Guide) дает возможность бронирования экскурсий гидами в режиме online, например, с планшетного компьютера (модуль специально адаптирован для таких целей) при наличии возможности подключения через wifi. Данный модуль поставляется отдельно.

Особенности работы с курсами валют

Для осуществления корректного отображения стоимости в группе справочников Accounts необходимо предварительно корректно внести соответствующие курсы пересчета валюты в справочниках Exchange, Cross-Exchange rates и Private Exchange. Данные справочники имеют следующие особенности:

• Exchange – содержит курсы пересчета валют (всех, включая MAIN currency) по отношению к национальной валюте (см. подробнее Exchange);
  
• Private exchange - содержит курсы пересчета валют (всех, включая MAIN currency) по отношению к национальной валюте для конкретного партнера(см. подробнее Private exchange);
  
• Cross-Exchange rates - содержит курсы пересчета одной валюты (кроме национальной) по отношению к другой (кроме национальной) (см. подробнее Cross exchange rates).
  

Рассмотрим конкретный пример – допустим, в качестве основной (MAIN) валюты в справочнике Default currencies установлена USD, а в качестве национальной – EU.
В том случае, если создается инвойс в валюте, отличной от основной и национальной (например, LE), то в экране Partners Accounts при выборе для отображения всех типов (All), будет отображена статистика в основной валюте (в USD), приведенная по курсу, взятому из справочника Cross-Exchange rates - при этом в случае наличия двух записей пересчета на данный период (USD - LE и LE - USD) будет браться отношение основной валюты к LE, а в случае наличия одной записи пересчета на данный период (например, только LE - USD или только USD - LE) будет браться любая.
Для вновь создаваемой заявки в форме Reservations в качестве валюты заявки устанавливается основная (MAIN) валюта.

Для работы плагина обмена необходимо настроить веб-сервис ПК «Мастер-Тур».

Синхронизация справочников

Для работы плагина обмена необходимо синхронизировать справочники ПК «Мастер-Interlook» и ПК «Мастер-Тур». Синхронизация справочников осуществляется в экране плагина на вкладке Синхронизация. Данные ПК «Мастер-Interlook» загружаются в таблицу слева. При выборе строки в этой таблице автоматически запускается поиск среди данных ПК «Мастер-Тур» (в фильтр справа автоматически подставляется слово для поиска). Если соответствующих данных не найдено, можно изменить условия поиска. Если и в этом случае подходящих данных нет, можно добавить запись в базу данных ПК «Мастер-Тур», нажав кнопку Создать. Автоматический обмен

Плагин предназначен для ПК «Мастер-Сервис» и позволяет осуществлять обмен данными между ПК «Мастер-Interlook» и ПК «Мастер-Тур» в автоматическом режиме.
